Pattaya vape delivery: free, in 2 days

Standard delivery to Pattaya and anywhere else in Chonburi province is free and takes 2 days. Parcels travel by road with Kerry Express or Flash Express and arrive in a plain box with no brand names on it.

There’s no rush option here. The ~2-hour Grab express covers Bangkok only, so if you’re down to your last device, message us a couple of days before you run out.

To ship, the manager needs three things: your name, the address (a hotel or condo name from Google Maps is fine), and a Thai phone number or your hotel reception’s number. The full walkthrough, including payment, is on how to order.

Hotel, condo or house

Where the courier leaves your box depends on where you’re staying, and Pattaya has a bit of everything.

• Hotels. Reception holds the parcel for you. Add your room number if you have it.
• Condos. Many people in Pattaya live in condos, and most buildings have a juristic office or lobby staff who sign for deliveries. Write the building name, tower and unit number exactly as they appear on your lease.
• Houses and pool villas. Nobody may be at the gate, so the courier will call. Give a Thai number you actually answer, so the courier doesn’t have to come back another day.

Chonburi beyond Pattaya

Pattaya is only one part of Chonburi province, and our free 2-day delivery covers all of it. Plenty of people who live here aren’t on holiday at all.

Si Racha, north of Pattaya on the road to Bangkok, has a large Japanese community, built around Laem Chabang port and the industrial estates inland. Bang Saen, near Burapha University, is where Thais from Bangkok go for a beach weekend and is quiet midweek. Sattahip, to the south, is home to a major Royal Thai Navy base, with U-Tapao airport next door.

Outside the tourist strip, apartment buildings are sometimes listed on Google Maps in Thai only. If yours is, send the manager a map pin along with the building name and unit, so the courier can find it.

Coming from Bangkok? Customs is already behind you

Most visitors reach Pattaya by road from Suvarnabhumi, a drive of about 1.5–2 hours. Thai customs checks you once, at the airport where you first enter the country, so by the time you’re on the motorway that part is over.

U-Tapao, the airport south of Pattaya, isn’t a customs concern for most people either. As of September 2026, flight-tracking sites list only domestic routes from there, to Koh Samui, Phuket and Chiang Mai.

Pattaya’s own smoking rules

In July 2025 the city banned smoking on all Pattaya beaches and the footpaths that run beside them, with fines of up to 5,000 THB (about $146). Municipal patrols enforce it, and residents can report smokers to the 1337 complaint line.

Jomtien has a second layer: Dong Tan Beach has been on Thailand’s national no-smoking beach list since 2018. The city rule talks about smoking, and it’s not worth finding out whether a patrol sees an IQOS any differently. Save it for a designated smoking area, or your balcony if the building allows it, not the sand or the Beach Road promenade.

The law, in plain terms

Vapes and heated tobacco are formally banned in Thailand, but enforcement is softer in practice. Local enforcement news in Pattaya is mostly about sellers. In December 2025, for example, police raided a house in the city and seized stock worth more than 10 million baht.

One Pattaya story still gets passed around. In January 2023 a traffic officer allegedly demanded 60,000 baht from a Chinese tourist over a vape and settled for 30,000. The Bangkok Post covered it and the officer was suspended. The lesson people draw from it is simple: keep the device out of sight on the street, and if you are stopped, stay calm and polite.
