No. We ship through local couriers such as Kerry Express, Flash Express and Grab, and the driver isn’t our employee. They only deliver the parcel; they don’t collect payment.

No. Importing these products into Thailand is very difficult, so we don’t run a physical store and ship through local couriers instead. That protects your privacy and ours.

No, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. That’s why the manager confirms every detail with you before anything ships.

Standard delivery is free anywhere in Thailand. In Bangkok you can also choose express delivery by Grab in about 2 hours for an extra fee.

Bangkok 1 day, Pattaya and Chonburi 2 days, Phuket 3 days, Koh Samui 4 days, Koh Phangan 4 days, and Chiang Mai and the rest of the mainland 2–4 days. For Koh Tao, Koh Lanta and other small islands, ask the manager.

Yes. Send us the hotel name from Google Maps and the name on your booking. The parcel is left at reception for you.

Your name, your address (a hotel name is fine) and a Thai phone number. If you don’t have a Thai SIM, your hotel reception’s number works.

No. Orders ship in a plain box with no brand names or product descriptions on the outside.

Yes. Our express option in Bangkok arrives in about 2 hours by Grab, for an extra fee. Standard next-day delivery is free.

Vapes are banned from sale in Thailand, so 7-Eleven and regular stores don’t carry them. The easiest way is delivery: we send disposable vapes anywhere in Thailand, from 600 THB (about $17) each when you order 4 or more.

There are no official IQOS stores in Thailand, because heated tobacco is banned from sale. The IQOS boutique some sites describe at Siam Paragon doesn’t exist. We deliver ILUMA i devices and TEREA sticks by courier.

From us, delivered anywhere in Thailand. We carry Japanese, Indonesian and Malaysian TEREA in cartons of 10 packs: Indonesian and Malaysian from 2,550 THB (about $74) per carton, or 2,400 THB (about $70) each when you order 2 or more.

No. HEETS are discontinued and no longer available here. The current system is IQOS ILUMA i with TEREA sticks; HEETS don’t work in ILUMA devices.

No. TEREA are made only for ILUMA devices and must not be used in older bladed IQOS models. If you have an old IQOS, you’ll need an ILUMA i.

From 600 THB (about $17) each when you order 4 or more. We carry brands like RELX, ELFBAR, MARBO and Infy, usually one brand at a time, so ask for today’s brand and flavors.

No. 7-Eleven doesn’t sell vapes, IQOS or TEREA. It sells regular cigarettes, kept in a closed cabinet behind the counter.

No. Importing vapes and heated tobacco such as IQOS has been banned since 2014, selling them is banned too, and the ban is still in force in 2026.

Formally, there’s no exception for tourists. In practice, people vaping on the street or a beach are usually just asked to put it away. Fines happen, but they aren’t the rule.

Most often you’re asked to put it away. The device can be confiscated and you can be fined; the UK Foreign Office (FCDO) says fines are typically 5,000–30,000 Thai baht.

Importing them is banned, and airport customs is the one place where the risk is real: devices found in luggage are confiscated and fines are possible. It’s easier to travel without one and order after you land.

Usually not. Thai law restricts smoking in hotels, and many hotels ban it in rooms and charge a cleaning fee, often around 5,000 baht. IQOS aerosol can also set off a smoke detector, so use the hotel’s smoking area.

It depends on your country. The UK allows 200 heated tobacco sticks, but Australia, Singapore and India effectively ban bringing in heated tobacco and vapes, so check your home country’s rules before you fly.

No. There are no cookies, no analytics trackers and no ad pixels. We count visits from ordinary server logs.
