Who we are
This policy covers sabaivape.com, run by SabaiVape. We sell through chat only, so the website itself collects very little. If you have a question about your data, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, the same channels you’d use to order.
What the website collects
No cookies, no trackers
We don’t set cookies. We don’t use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service, and there are no advertising pixels, social media trackers or visitor IDs on the site. We don’t track you across other websites.
Server logs
Like every website, ours runs on a web server that keeps a standard access log. Each time a page loads, it records the technical details of the request: the date and time, the page requested, the page that linked you here (if any), your browser and device type, and your browser’s language setting.
We use these logs for two things: keeping the site secure and working (spotting attacks and fixing errors), and counting visits in aggregate, such as how many people read a page or which countries visits appear to come from. We don’t combine them with any other data, and we don’t use them to identify or profile anyone.
Chat button clicks
When you tap a WhatsApp or Telegram button, the site sends our server a short note so we can see which buttons people use. It contains:
- the time, the page you were on and which button you tapped (with the product or city it’s for, if any);
- your screen width;
- your browser’s language;
- the website that sent you here (its domain only), if any;
- campaign tags from the link you followed (UTM parameters), if any.
The server also notes your browser and device type. This record contains no cookies and no visitor identifiers.
When you order
Ordering happens in a chat on WhatsApp or Telegram, not on this website. Those apps are run by their own companies, and your messages are handled under their privacy policies. We don’t control how they store or process data.
To deliver your order, we ask for:
- your name;
- your delivery address (a hotel name is fine);
- a Thai phone number, or your hotel reception’s number.
We use these details only to deliver your order and to help you if something goes wrong with it. For delivery, we share them only with the courier who carries your parcel: Kerry Express, Flash Express or Grab. When you pay by bank transfer or crypto, your bank or wallet provider processes the payment under its own terms.
We never sell, rent or trade your details.
If you’d like us to delete your order details, just ask the manager in the chat.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Hetzner on servers in Germany, in the European Union. The server logs described above are stored there.
Links to other sites
Our guides link to outside sources, such as government travel advice and news sites, and our chat buttons open WhatsApp and Telegram. Once you leave sabaivape.com, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
Age
Our products are for adults only. In Thailand, you must be 20 or older to buy tobacco products. The site isn’t intended for anyone younger, and we don’t knowingly take orders from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles data, we’ll update this page and the date at the bottom.
