Step 1: Message us
Tap the WhatsApp or Telegram button on any page. WhatsApp is our main channel, and both reach the same team. We reply 12:00–23:00 Bangkok time, 7 days a week, and our managers write in English.
Tell us what you’d like and where you are. “Two cartons of TEREA to a hotel in Patong” is plenty to start.
Step 2: The manager confirms everything
Before you pay anything, the manager checks and confirms:
- What’s in stock. TEREA flavors depend on the country of origin (Japan, Indonesia or Malaysia), and for disposable vapes we usually have one brand at a time, so you’ll get today’s list.
- The final price, including any multi-carton or returning-customer discount.
- Your address and delivery date.
Nothing ships until you’ve agreed to the order in the chat.
Step 3: Pay
You can pay by bank transfer to a European or Thai account, or in crypto. The manager sends the payment details once the order is confirmed.
We can’t take cash on delivery. We ship through local courier companies (Kerry Express, Flash Express and Grab), and the driver isn’t our employee. Their job is to deliver the parcel, not to collect payment for it.
Step 4: Your parcel arrives
Your order travels in a plain box with no brand names on it. At a hotel, it’s left at reception for you. In a condo, it goes to the juristic office or the lobby staff. At a villa or house without staff, the courier calls the number you gave us.
What to send us
- Your name, as it appears on your hotel booking.
- The address. A hotel name from Google Maps is enough; for condos, add the building and unit number.
- A Thai phone number, or your hotel reception’s number if you don’t have a Thai SIM.

Express is for when you can’t wait until tomorrow. In Bangkok, a Grab driver brings the order in about 2 hours for an extra fee. We take express orders during chat hours, 12:00–23:00. See Bangkok delivery for details. Island deliveries depend on ferries: from October to December, storms in the Gulf of Thailand can delay boats to Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao by a few days. Hotels, condos and villas
Hotels in Thailand generally accept parcels for guests. Give us the hotel name exactly as it appears on Google Maps and the name on your booking, and the front desk will hold the box until you pick it up.
Condo buildings usually have a juristic office or lobby staff who sign for deliveries. Villas and rented houses often don’t, so give us a number that someone will answer, plus a map pin if the address is hard to find.
No returns, so we check first
We don’t accept returns or exchanges. That’s exactly why the manager confirms the products, price and address before you pay. If you’re unsure which TEREA version or ILUMA i model to choose, ask in the chat before you order. The TEREA page lists every flavor, and the manager can tell you what’s in stock today.
Discounts
Our prices are among the lowest in Thailand, and they get lower when you order more:
- TEREA from 2 cartons, even if you mix versions: Japanese 2,600 THB (about $76) per carton instead of 2,750 THB (about $80); Indonesian and Malaysian 2,400 THB (about $70) instead of 2,550 THB (about $74).
- Disposable vapes from 600 THB (about $17) each when you order 4 or more.
- Extra discounts for returning customers and for 10 or more cartons of TEREA. Ask the manager for details.
Why there’s no shop to visit
We don’t have a shop or an office you can walk into. Importing these products into Thailand is very difficult, so instead of a storefront we ship through local couriers. That protects your privacy and ours.
You won’t find an official IQOS store anywhere in Thailand either: vapes and heated tobacco are formally banned here, even if enforcement on the street is relaxed, and stories of an “IQOS boutique” in a Bangkok mall aren’t true.
