Why there’s no IQOS store in Pattaya
Search for an IQOS shop in Pattaya and sooner or later you’ll hit a site promising an “official boutique”. There isn’t one. Philip Morris doesn’t sell IQOS in Thailand, because heated tobacco sits under the same ban as vapes.
That means every seller in town works outside official channels, us included. The difference is that we don’t keep a counter on Second Road: we ship through local couriers and the manager confirms each order in chat before you pay. For the legal background, see is IQOS legal in Thailand.
Still carrying a blade IQOS?
If you bought your IQOS a few years ago, it’s probably a model with a heating blade that takes HEETS. Those sticks are discontinued and no longer available, and there’s nothing to reorder when your last pack runs out.
TEREA are the replacement, but they only work in ILUMA devices. To switch, you need an ILUMA i device and a TEREA flavor close to the HEETS you smoked before. The three models are ILUMA i PRIME, ILUMA i and the compact ILUMA i ONE, starting from 4,200 THB (about $122). Colors come and go, so check the current ones with the manager.
Japan, Indonesia or Malaysia TEREA
We carry three versions of TEREA. The region matters more than most people expect, because the flavor names and profiles differ.

Japan cartons lean noticeably more toward menthol. The complete list, with a short description of each flavor, is on the TEREA page. Ask the manager which flavors are in stock right now.
A second carton lowers the per-carton price for every region: Japan drops from 2,750 THB (about $80) to 2,600 THB (about $76) per carton, and Indonesia or Malaysia from 2,550 THB (about $74) to 2,400 THB (about $70).
Heated tobacco in a Pattaya condo
Thai law treats heated tobacco vapor as smoking, and condo buildings follow suit in their shared spaces. Lobbies, corridors and other common areas are off-limits, while your own unit and balcony are governed by the building’s house rules. The juristic office can tell you what yours says.
Hotels are stricter. Rooms are usually non-smoking, at least one Pattaya hotel lists a “room recovery fee” for smoking indoors, and the aerosol can set off a smoke detector in a small closed room. Ask the front desk where the outdoor smoking area is and use that instead.
Reordering without running out
Delivery takes 2 days, so a simple habit is to reorder when you open your last carton. Long-stay residents buying in bulk should ask the manager about the discount on 10+ cartons, and returning customers get better prices too.
